Ovolo Woolloomooloo “Hot Cinni Suite” Instagram Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is RFGA Management Pty Ltd ACN 071 765 609), ABN 47 071 765 609 of Level 4, 35 Robina Town Centre Drive, Robina QLD 4226 Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.  

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on 30 May 2025 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on 3 June 2025 (“Competition Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Competition Period:

a) Follow @DonutKing_au on Instagram;

b) Like the post, published on 30th May 2025 (“Competition Post”);

c) In the comments of the Competition Post, tell us in 25 words or less why you want to experience the Hot Cinni Suite at Ovolo Woolloomooloo and tag a friend you’d bring.

Multiple entries permitted, but each entry must be unique.

5. Judging

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Each entry will be individually judged based on originality and creativity.

Judging will take place on 3 June 2025 at Level 12, 580 George Street Sydney.

The most original and creative valid entry, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion, will win the prize.

6. Prize

  • 1 night overnight stay in transformed Cityvoo room dubbed Hot Cinni Suite for maximum 2 people

  • Donut Disturb Kit for two (2 x branded linen robe, 2 x branded silk masks, 2 x branded pair of slippers, 1 x cinnamon room spray) – can be taken home

  • Relaxations Essentials Kit (1 x bath bomb, 1 x lip scrub, 1 x body scrub, 1 x body butter, 1 x bath soap, 1 x headband, 1 x loofah) – can be taken home

  • Unlimited free cinnamon donuts via room service

  • Up to $150 to use at Bar Woolloomooloo/room service (can be used towards ‘Cinnitinis’ and bar bites) – any additional spend to be covered by guest

  • Couples Massage (60 min session in-room)

Prize is strictly as outlined above.

The winner is responsible for all travel arrangements, flights, and any other expenses they incur, in order to redeem the Prize and not expressly stated as included in the Prize.

Total approximately value of the Prize is $799 AUD, the total approximate value of the Prize is $799 AUD. However, an equivalent offer is available to the general public for a strictly limited number of bookings at a promotional rate of $1.90.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. This includes, but is not limited to, transferring of dates and or, to a person who is not the winner.

If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Notification   

The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and announced on @DonutKing_au on 3 June 2025 by 5:00pm.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, which shall be the next most original and creative valid entry, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion.

This process will be repeated, until a winner responds.

8. General   

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering, entrants agree to their entry being used for promotional purposes, including on social media.

To redeem the Prize, the winner must adhere to all terms and conditions, as well as the policies and procedures of Ovolo Woolloomooloo. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure by the winner to comply, including situations where non-compliance results in the inability to redeem the Prize.

By accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising out of or in connection their redemption of the Prize. The winner assumes all responsibility for any risks associated with redeeming the Prize.

9. Privacy

The Promoter will collect, use, and disclose personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of conducting this competition and for promotional purposes.

10. Instagram

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, entrants release Instagram from any liability associated with this competition.

11. Miscellaneous

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
