Eligibility
1. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over only (Entrant).
2. Employees of the Promoter, its franchisees and their employees, along with all of their immediate families (including spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or cousin) and associated agencies, brands, providers and companies of the Promoter associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
COMPETITION PERIOD
Competition Period
19 August 2024 at 09:00am (AEST) until 10 November 2024 at 11:59 pm (AEST).
ENTRY DETAILS
Entry process
To enter the Competition, an Entrant must, during the Competition Period:
1. make a purchase at a selected/participating Donut King corporate store;
2. scan the QR Code located on tables and at the counter at selected Donut King corporate stores;
3. complete the online survey on their in-store experience, by answering the questions in the online survey; and
4. provide their contact details at the end of the online survey.

Entry Conditions
1. The Entrant may only submit one (1) Entry during the Competition Period. Should an Entrant submit more than one (1) Entry, the subsequent entry/entries will be deemed invalid.
2. Any rude, offensive or illegal Entry (all of which will be at the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will be invalid.
3. Entries that are found to have been derived from autogenerated software or a third party will be considered invalid and, if awarded a Prize, that Prize must be returned to the Promoter.
4. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm (AEST) on 10 November 2024. The time of entry will in each case be the time the comment is posted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. Posts generated by a computer and not attributable to a valid Instagram or Facebook account are invalid and will not be accepted.
5. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
WINNER DETERMINATION
Winner selection
A draw will take place at 4 / 35 Robina Town Centre Drive, Robina QLD 4226 at 10:00 am AEST on 11 November 2024 using computerised random selection.
The first twenty (20) valid entries drawn will win a prize, as specified in the Schedule below.
If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

PRIZE/S TO BE WON
Prize Details
There will be a total of twenty (20) Winning Entries. Each Winning Entry will win one (1) Visa gift card, valued at $100.00 (the prize).The total prize pool is comprised of twenty (20) Visa gift cards, valued at $100.00 each. The total prize pool is valued at $2,000.00. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
Prize Conditions
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
NOTIFYING WINNERS
Notification details
Winners will be notified by 15 November 2024.
Notification will be provided to the winners by the Promoter directly messaging the Entrant with instructions on how to claim their prize.
PRIZE CLAIM DETAILS AND PROCESS IF PRIZE UNCLAIMED
Prize Claim Date
The Prize must be claimed by 11:59pm AEST on 29 November 2024.If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 2 December 2024 at 10:00 am AEST at 4 / 35 Robina Town Centre Drive, Robina QLD 4226. The winners of the redraw will be notified by the Promoter within seven (7) business days of the redraw.
If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at www.donutking.com.au/feedbackcompetition.
CONDITIONS
1. These Conditions integrate, and must be read together, with the Schedule (the Conditions of Entry). Instructions on how to enter and information regarding prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry together with these terms and conditions and the Donut King Privacy Policy located at https://www.donutking.com.au/ (Terms and Conditions). Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Treatment of Personal Information and Intellectual Property Rights
4. All Entries, intellectual property rights, and any copyright subsisting in an Entry, will be the property of the Promoter.
5. Entrants consent to the collection of personal information about the entrant by the Promoter to facilitate entry into this Competition and the claiming of a prize by a winner. Information about how the Promotor uses personal information is set out in the Donut King Privacy Policy located at www.donutking.com.au.
Entry Process
6. The entry process is as specified in the Entry Process an Entry Conditions section of the Conditions of Entry.
Prizes Awarded
7. The Prizes are as specified in the Prize Details and Prize Conditions sections of the Conditions of Entry.
8. Prize(s) are non-transferrable. Prize(s) must be taken by the winner(s) at the time stipulated by the Promoter. Failure to do so will result in the Prize(s) being forfeited and no other compensation will be provided.
Verification
9. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify in its sole discretion any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter or the Competition in entering this Competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Liability
11. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Costs associated with accessing the Internet (e.g. website or social media platform) may vary depending on the internet service provider used, and those costs are the responsibility of the entrant. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
13. By entering this Competition, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the prize should they be chosen as a winner. Each winner releases and indemnifies, to the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prize or any other aspect of the prize. To remove doubt these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit consumer guarantees or other requirements provided in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and similar state or territory legislation. Each winner acknowledges that they have been warned that there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death or property damage in accepting the prize.
14. Each entrant in the Competition releases and indemnifies, to the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with entry into this Competition. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of entry into the Competition. To remove doubt these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit consumer guarantees or other requirements provided in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and similar state or territory legislation.
15. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
Other
16. If the Competition is not able to run as planned for any reason, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which has the effect of affecting or corrupting affect the security, administration or integrity of this Competition (Interference), then in relation to the Interference the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.
17. The Competition may be cancelled, modified or suspended if an event occurs that significantly impedes the Competition from proceeding on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, computer viruses, technical failure, severe weather events, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, suspend or modify the Competition subject to any relevant law or instruction provided by the relevant regulator.
18. The cost of entering the Competition will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
19. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
